KILLNT.EXE is for Windows NT/2000/XP

Usage :

KILLNT RUNVIO PLCRUN WINDOWS
   	Kill Runvio.EXE
	Kill PLCRUN.EXE
	Shutdown Windows
  
KILLNT /ALL
     Kill all progs running under Windows.

KILLNT /ALL WINDOWS
     Kill all progs running under Windows and Exit Windows.
